Introducing Our New Campaign: Give Love in a Box

At Mothers In Unity, every initiative we create is rooted in dignity, compassion, and real impact. We’re excited to officially launch our newest giving campaign: Give Love in a Box, a simple yet powerful way to directly support single mothers and children facing crisis.

What Is Give Love in a Box?

Give Love in a Box allows supporters to choose a donation amount that is transformed into a thoughtfully curated box of essentials for a woman or child in need. Each box is filled using 100% of the donation, ensuring every dollar goes directly toward tangible support.

This campaign was created to make giving clear, transparent, and deeply personal. When you choose a box, you’re not donating to an abstract cause — you’re helping fill a real box that goes directly into the hands of a family navigating hardship.

How It Works

The process is simple:

1. Choose your box size

2. Donate the amount

3. We fill the box with essentials

4. Your box is delivered to a woman or child in need

   
   

What’s Inside Each Box

Each box level is carefully designed to meet different needs:

Small Box – $50Includes hygiene essentials, socks and warm accessories, small comfort items, and travel-size toiletries.

Medium Box – $100Includes undergarments, school and kids’ items, full-size hygiene products, and self-care essentials.

Large Box – $150Includes clothing pieces, toys and books for children, warm wear, and full self-care sets.

Every item is chosen with intention, to restore comfort, confidence, and a sense of being cared for.

Why This Campaign Matters

Families experiencing housing insecurity often arrive at shelters with very little. Basic items like socks, hygiene products, school supplies, or warm clothing can make an immediate difference in how safe and supported someone feels. Give Love in a Box is about more than meeting needs, it’s about restoring dignity, stability, and hope during some of life’s hardest moments.
